"MaKayla was so awesome !! I was with progressive for many years, my rates was going up so much, that I just couldn’t afford it anymore. But, was nervous to switch, but after Makayla helped me, I WISH I WOULD’VE DONE IT SOONER. So easy, fast, and very informative about my new policy. Answered all of my questions with ease and made me like switching wasn’t a hassle!! Made the switch so easy with different quotes and budgets to fit my needs and wants! Sydney in Hannah's office took the time to work with us and she helped us explore many policy options with diligence and honesty. She did this over her lunch hour and even into the evening hours before Thanksgiving day to save us thousands of dollars. This shows not only outstanding commitment to their clients, but the ability of a robust company to offer deals that are hard to beat at the time of a national insurance crisis. I am saving $140.00 a MONTH for the same exact coverage I had! It was super fast & easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I wish I would have switched sooner! Jessica has been an amazing help with my renewal & gives top notch customer service. From answering any questions I have in order to get the right coverage for me and the best price, to friendly reminders for updates on the app so that my driving discount doesn't get interrupted.
