"Hannah and her team have been amazing to work with! We were new to Oklahoma two years ago and we’re so lucky to have found her. She offered the best rates and took the time to explain options for our cars, home and rental homes. After the recent hail storm she replied to my email with many questions on the claims process within an hour, which was so impressive because I would imagine half of her customers had probably called or emailed her with the same questions! I have recommended her to several people and would recommend her to anyone in search of an honest, trustworthy and friendly insurance agent."

"Requested highest deductible option with no add-ons from her employee Sydney smith. Instead of doing what I asked, they snuck an uninsured motorist add-on and the 500$ deductible, not what I asked for. Tried to get this corrected and they then tried to sneakily do $1000 deductible instead of the $2000 highest option I have repeatedly requested. Had to connect directly with Hannah to get it finally worked out after overcharging me for months. I would highly recommend going elsewhere as they will try to sneak add-ons and overcharge you while taking no accountability. I plan on shopping insurance rates as the lack of ethics is concerning. Edit after owner response: Hannah finally offered 2k deductible after admitting her colleague did not give me the highest as I requested and I had to request it back down to 1k, not the other way around (she was unaware of the deductible limit herself admitted in emails). I repeatedly asked for the highest deductible and no add-ons, something Sydney (and herself) failed to honor. Once again the lack of accountability is concerning and this branch has a serious issue with ethics. Highly recommend elsewhere unless you like the feeling of getting ripped off."
